Thank you very much for taking time to visit my blog.
I work in the IT profession and have been living in Melbourne for over a decade. But beyond roles and titles, I see myself as a simple seeker—trying to understand life, its patterns, and something deeper beyond it.
My interest in yoga and spirituality began early in life and has stayed with me ever since. Over the years, it has quietly shaped the way I think, observe, and respond to life’s situations.
This blog is a space where I share reflections—not as an expert, but as someone learning along the way. Some insights come from scriptures, some from personal experiences, and many from ordinary moments of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, reading, music, travel, and occasionally reconnecting with nature—something I have always been drawn to.
At this stage of life, I am simply balancing responsibilities, raising two energetic kids, and continuing this inner journey—one step at a time.
My
Mantra for Life...
Please, allow me to quote..
"I hope that my achievements in life shall be these —
that I will have fought for what was right and fair, that I will have risked
for that which mattered, and that I will have given help to those who were in
need that I will have left the earth a better place for what I've done and who
I’ve been. – C. Hoppe"
This, in many ways, captures what I aspire to live by.
Why this Blog and who is a Urban Yogi..
This blog is dedicated to anyone who is trying to look at this complex thing called life from a slightly different perspective.
Through these writings, I attempt to share insights from the timeless wisdom and literature of India—ideas which, when understood in the right spirit, can transform how we see life, bring meaning to the heart, and strength to the mind.
I often use the term “Urban Yogi.”
To me, an Urban Yogi is not someone who has renounced the world.
It is someone who:
lives in the middle of a busy, modern life
works, manages responsibilities, and faces daily challenges
and yet, consciously tries to bring in a touch of awareness, balance, and spirituality
An Urban Yogi is someone who feels:
that life is more than routines and roles
that this body is not just a bundle of chemicals
that existence is not merely by chance
Whatever your beliefs, background, or perspective—
I respect and value them.
This space is not about imposing ideas, but about exploring together.
Because ultimately,
we are all trying to understand life… in our own way.

Life has moved through its own rhythm—roles have changed, responsibilities have grown, and experiences have deepened. From a seeker with questions, I now find myself still seeking… but perhaps with a little more clarity, a little more patience.
The journey continues—not with all the answers, but with a quieter mind and a deeper appreciation for the path itself.
